Salsa de ceps ( boletus edulis )

Una crema ó salsa de ceps ( boletus edulis ). ideal para acompañar todo tipo de carnes a la brasa, plancha, parrilla u horno.
El ingrediente básico es el boletus, en este caso, seco, que creo es el mejor para hacer esta salsa.

Lo primero de todo, ponemos a hidratar los ceps secos, en un vaso con agua.
Tendrían que estar en remojo, un mínimo de una hora.

Necesitaremos, también:
Un brick de nata liquida para cocina.
Media cebolla, picadita.
Una pizca de sal y un poco de pimienta recién molida.

Poner a rehogar la cebolla en una sartén, con un poco de aceite y una pizca de sal.
Cuando esté pochadita la cebolla, añadimos los ceps picaditos también y rehogamos unos minutos, añadimos un poco del agua del remojo de los ceps y dejamos otros pocos minutos, cinco son suficientes.
Trituramos y pasamos por el chino, si queremos una salsa, mas fina.

Añadimos la nata, poco a poco, solo utilicé la mitad del brick, unos 100 ml.
Hasta que quede una crema suave y fluida.
